A career within Technology Strategy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations develop strategies that transform their technology capabilities and solve their most critical challenges. We focus on building technology enabled and agile operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Technology Strategy and Transformation Senior Associate , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing transformative strategies to help clients navigate through digital disruption and reimagine their business for tomorrow.
• Supporting the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs that places the users at the center, using agile design, development and implementation methodologies.
• Supporting and contributing to discussions with technology and business decision makers.
• Ability to help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing.
• Collaborating and contributing as a team member working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, including researching and analyzing pertinent client , industry, and technical matters and utilizing problem-solving skills.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Relevant experience, either from consulting & professional services or in an industry role.
• Strong communication , presentation and writing skills.
• Understanding around the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure, including relevant cloud solution offerings e.g. SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience conducting maturity or needs assessments, identifying and prioritizing opportunities / projects, developing roadmaps and estimates, and building consensus.
• Experience advising on and/or developing technology and IT operating models, including governance models and processes.
• Knowledge of architecture and design, including information management, infrastructure and applications.
• An understanding of agile software development and implementation processes and tools.
• Scrum Master (and other agile certifications), PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, and other related technology certifications would be an asset.
• Experience in analyzing enterprise operating models such as order to cash and back-office operations and uncovering / recommending IT enabled opportunities aligned with business priorities.
• Fluency in French and full business proficiency in English is required. A premium will be paid to candidates who are efficient in French language at a bilingual level.
