Overview
Our Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST&T) practice partners with clients to navigate complex digital transformation. We deliver comprehensive response, from developing innovative technology strategies and roadmaps to executing large-scale implementations. Our expertise spans accross data governance and analytics, technology strategy and IT function management, while leveraging emerging technologies to drive impactful business outcomes.

As a Consultant in our TS&T practice, you will work closely with clients to address their most pressing digital transformation challenges. Your role will involve leverage your critical and strategic thinking to solve complex client problems, assist in managing engagements, and propose innovative solutions.

What you will do
Gathering and analyzing data from markets, clients, suppliers, and solution providers to inform business decisions:
  • Defining the project objectives, developing the project plan, and managing the resources needed to achieve these objectives within the set deadlines.
  • Designing and mapping business processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Coordinating the efforts of various teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities, and facilitating communication among different stakeholders.
  • Monitoring the progress of the project, evaluating performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the project stays on track.
  • Preparing and delivering project outputs within agreed timelines, while monitoring progress to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to align project objectives with client needs.
  • Documenting findings and potential risks that could impact the project and implements strategies to mitigate them and providing insights using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
Relevant to Senior Consultant:
  • Manage projects or project streams, by developing comprehensive delivery roadmaps and defining key deliverables to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Oversee the quality and timely execution of deliverables by mentoring and guiding consultants throughout the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and client expectations
  • Actively participate and contribute to practice development activities such as proposal development, engaging in recruitment efforts, and spearheading internal initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
What you bring to the role
  • Between 1 to 5 years of experience in consulting related to IT management, IT transformation, or the implementation of solutions;
  • Proficient analytical and project management abilities, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity and expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proven experience in recognizing significant business challenges for clients, assessing their needs, overseeing project execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes and deliverables;
  • A strong enthusiasm for enhancing internal processes, fostering knowledge sharing within the team, and contributing to the organization's reputation in the market.


Additional non-required skills (a plus) :
  • Data governance, analytics
  • Agile project management and tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and other data visualization platforms
