Job Description

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning. Our Office Services team is responsible for managing the well being of our office environment as well as responding to office requests from PwC partners and staff to help keep the office running smoothly.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Facilities Coordinator , y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all day to day Facility issues at the Calgary Office

• Manages, coordinates, organizes, schedules and implements all physical move processes

• Issue security passcards to the Calgary Office and other offices across Canada

• Maintain the security system for the Calgary Office and assist other offices across Canada

• Coordinates and participates in the planning and management of small facilities repair and maintenance projects; assists with large projects as requested or required

• Liaise with building management and vendors on building maintenance issues i.e. HVAC, Lighting, Cleaning

• Involved with the Workplace Health & Safety Committee

• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance program for PwC owned equipment

• Provide back-up support to the AV Team

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Relevant working experience in a facilities related position

• Understanding of building services, HVAC, mechanical, electrical

• High degree of computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet search tools

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills)

• Visual/motor coordination and concentration on detailed visual information with some interruptions is a requirement while working on badging and preparing security reports

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with limited supervision

• Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential data

• Detail oriented and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
