Expected Salary Range: $84,981.00 - $106,227.00 - $132,784.00
Our typical hiring range will be +/- 5% of the midpoint shown above

The Team
Joining the Business Technology team at BCLC means you'll be working with cutting-edge technology to help build a world-class entertainment company. This is an innovative, capable group of talented individuals working in Digital Development, Delivery Services, Data Enablement & Automation, Technology Platform Enablement, Technology Operations Enablement, Enterprise Services, and Cyber Security. This enables us to execute the purchase and validation of lottery tickets at over 3400 lottery retailers, manage a complex network of 12,000 slot machines and electronic table games across the province and provide the backbone for BCLC's iGaming platform, and much more.
The Delivery Services team at BCLC is a dynamic solutions based team that encompasses systems analysis, quality assurance and business analysis with a speed of IT delivery. This team is dedicated to designing and implementing software, hardware and network systems, working closely with business stakeholders, streamlining processes, ensuring quality, driving business value and accelerating delivery. We use a collaborative approach focusing on delivering high quality technical solutions quickly and efficiently to deliver excellence to our player experience.
The Systems Analyst
As a member of an Agile delivery team, the Enterprise Systems Lead acts as a senior technical resource in application/service architecture, application design and delivery into the operations of our enterprise system. This role ensures solutions fit within BCLC architecture and industry standards. The Enterprise Systems Lead partners with diverse stakeholders on delivering enterprise system solutions, including Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, as well as a variety of technical and business subject matter experts.

The Enterprise Systems Lead partners with diverse stakeholders on delivering enterprise system solutions, including Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, business stakeholders, as well as a variety of technical and business subject matter experts.
What you will accomplish
- You will use your business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the changing needs of our customers
- You will be designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure that is the foundation of technologies we see today
- You will be working within an Agile Methodology Framework as a senior technical resource
- You will be on the forefront of major business transformational projects
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline;
- 4 to 6 years of relevant technical experience.
- A combination of education, experience, and demonstrated skills may be considered.
- You have solid vendor management experience;
- You have advanced skills in:
- Software integration; including analysis, design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions involving online transaction processing, client/server, web, and native applications
- Delivering design and development in an Agile environment
- Technical writing, with the ability to write technical documentation
- You possess advanced business acumen
- You have Advanced communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build relationships and work effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
- You have advanced time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
- You are experienced with complex problem solving analytical and innovative thinking with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience using several programming languages and tools such as Java, C#, C++, T-SQL, PL/SQL, JSON/XML, HTML5, JavaScript, Eclipse, .NET, and Visual Studio
