Overview

What you will do
Team Management:
Supervise and manage a team of 4 employees dedicated to coordinating events at the conference center.
Lead daily service meetings with the team to ensure all tasks are assigned and goals are met.
Hire temporary staff (agency) for certain events.
Budget Management:
Manage the American Express card, including closing accounts and tracking expenses.
Supervise billing and cost tracking related to alcohol during events.
AMEX invoice scans: AMEX invoice management.
Accurately track and manage alcohol-related transactions.
Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and billed in accordance with company policies.
Event Management:
Coordinate operations during events to ensure quality service.
Perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
Supervise staff and coordinate activities during events to ensure smooth running of meetings and events.
On-site presence:
Room layout.
Mounted bar.
Server briefing.
Customer request management:
Be the direct link to the customer for their requests and manage the budget associated with the request.
Assist customers in their choices of snacks, drinks, and other materials.
Write the technical sheet for the internal team.
Required qualifications:
Previous experience in managing a conference center.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
