What will your typical day look like?
As a Solution Specialist, you will:
• Involved in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Procurement module for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and operational strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess clients' Procurement processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Design and develop comprehensive Oracle-based procure to pay and purchasing solutions, tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' procurement processes, identifying potential opportunities, and recommending effective strategies for optimization.
• Provide expert guidance and training to clients' teams, facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective utilization of Oracle Procurement and Oracle Supply Chain Management functionalities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to streamline procurement processes, enhance procure to pay business use cases, and improve overall productivity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Oracle solutions within clients' existing systems and infrastructure.
• Involved in the testing efforts including unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles.
• Participate in all phases of the project life cycle from scoping to post implementation support.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Oracle Procurement and other SCM modules such as Inventory and Manufacturing, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our consulting services.
• Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified.
• Supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements.
• Participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation etc.)
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations. You will work across a wide variety of customers and play an important role in some of the most exciting Supply Chain implementations across the globe.
About the team
From our Canadian Delivery Center (CDC), we work with consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. The CDC house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts and Cyber Risk and Human Capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. We are a unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing customized career paths, fostering innovation and knowledge development with a focus on quality.
The Organization Transformation team within the CDC is responsible for providing training and learning solutions to our clients by producing solid training development, digital content and change enablement documents.

You are someone who is:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology
• A minimum of 3 ~ 4 years of experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing)
• A minimum of 2+ years' experience with business processes around and implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts and Inventory.
• Should have at least 2 ~ 3 full life cycle implementation experience with at least one of the implementations on Oracle Procurement Cloud including Fusion SCM modules.
• Oracle Certification in Procurement module would be an added advantage.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Mule Soft, RESTful APIs, and web services.
• Good exposure in handling data conversion, pre and post Go-Live activities.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a why-not approach.
• Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and technical teams.
• Able to work with onsite and offshore teams including at all levels of the client organization.
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
