What will your typical day look like?
You will be part of our Oracle Human capital Consulting practice and will be responsible for delivering cloud solutions for Oracle HCM Cloud. You will work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions. You will supervise junior staff and manage parts of client engagements, working independently with clients. As a Technical Oracle HC Senior Consultant, you will provide consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert and leading clients through thee ntire cloud application services implementation life-cycle for Oracle HCM Cloud projects. Responsibilities will include:
• Demonstrate an understanding across all aspects of the Oracle HCM Cloud technical implementation such as Data conversions, Integrations, Reports, Fast Formulas
• Document technical requirements from clients
• Experience in leading solution design and development workshops
• Assist in the development and management of detailed technical deployment cut-over plans
• Assess impacts on Oracle's quarterly release and provide recommendations/next steps to the client
• Support the reviews of cloud environments so it meets security and compliance controls
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with your client and providing sound technical advisory

Enough about us, let's talk about you
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing some combination of Oracle HCM Modules (Example: Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management Learning, and Recruiting)
• Minimum of three (3) successfully delivered Cloud HCM Projects in an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant role
• Experience with middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an asset
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, potentially changing, priorities
• Experience working in teams
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work in French (Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position.)
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative and provide directions to the team members
• Travel to either a local or more distant client site (once travel resumes)
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
