The Opportunity:
WSP is currently seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team. With hybrid flexible office locations available, this role is open to candidates in Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario areas.
WSP's Land Development team is a close-knit, collaborative team which prides itself on its long-standing relationships of trust with many of the developers, Municipalities, Townships, Cities and Regions across Ontario. Partnering with other internal disciplines across WSP, the team is responsible for delivering long-term, complex projects in Land Development, covering the entire project life-cycle from conceptual planning & design, through to construction management and client hand-over.
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, building strong partnerships both within the organization and with external stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the project delivery strategy. You will manage financial and technical aspects of all projects through the full project lifecycle from early project phase, proposals and business development activities, to overseeing engineering, design & approvals to office assistance for contract administration and construction.
