We are seeking a highly skilled MarTech Functional Resource who is fully bi-lingual (English / French) to join our team. As a MarTech Functional Resource, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and supporting our marketing technology engagements. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and providing technical support to drive our marketing efforts.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Example: Work closely with the client's marketing team to define uses cases for implementing a new marketing automation platform in French-speaking markets. Translate these requirements into technical specifications for the IT team.
- Manage and implement marketing technology projects, including software integrations, upgrades, and migrations. Example: Lead the project of integrating a new CDP platform with an existing marketing automation platform, ensuring that the French language requirements are met and the data flows seamlessly between the two systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing technology platforms, addressing any issues or bugs that arise. Example: Provide guidance during the testing phases to triage issues and ensure defects are addressed in a timely manner to ensure on-time launch of the solution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology, and make recommendations for improvements or optimizations. Example: Identify emerging technologies or new capacities across the marketing technology landscape that could enhance the marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French is essential, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with French-speaking stakeholders and manage marketingcampaigns. Example: Ability to create compelling presentations and technical documentation in English or French and communicate effectively with clients or partners.
- Strong technical background and experience working with marketing technology platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM, and/or marketing automation tools. Example: Certification on marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Adobe AJO/AEM, and experience using these tools.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Example: Successfully managed a project to implement a new marketing technology platform, coordinating with different teams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to conduct data analysis and troubleshoot technical issues. Example: Ability to identify data inconsistencies in marketing systems and propose solutions to improve data accuracy.
- Experience developing materials to respond to proposals is an asset (e.g. RFP, RFI, Vendor of Records)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Example: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, and an understanding of how marketing technology can support and enhance these efforts. Example: Familiarity with lead nurturing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalization techniques using marketing automation platforms.
- Past experience working in consulting is an asset
