A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a SAP Success Factors Employee Central Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
• Actively participate in client workshops and meetings
• Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (could include Benefits and EC Time) modules based on business requirements and recommended solutions
• Assist in developing functional specification for integrations or developments
• Assist in developing or creating workshop, presentation and training materials
• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users
• Collaborate with other team members to complete any required project activities
• Provide weekly updates and progress on any project required activities
• Participate in the development and execution of cutover activities
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (could include Benefits and EC Time) modules (minimum of 4 end to end implementations)
• Experience with client implementations in a global landscape (multiple countries)
• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
• Able to collaborate and communicate with clients
• Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
• Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 end to end implementations)
• Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects
• Experience leading client workshops
