TD Wealth Operations is part of Wealth Shared Services and is the operational engine of TD Wealth, acting as a centre of excellence for core processes that underpin key moments in our clients' relationship with the Wealth business, including onboarding, transfer services, trade, and cash management processing, and delivering client statements and communications. Wealth Operations supports all TD Wealth distribution channels, TD Mutual Funds, TD Asset Management, and TD Securities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Analyst and Developer to design, enhance, and support End-User Computing (EUC) solutions. This role requires expertise in EUC development, troubleshooting, and governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while driving innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance existing EUCs, develop new solutions using modern tools, and support operational troubleshooting.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise & Analysis:
- Fundamental understanding of EUC (End User Computing) solutions, including new development, enhancement, and support troubleshooting using Excel VBA, Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks, etc.
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Proven ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in EUC artifacts.
- Governance and Compliance Awareness: Fundamental knowledge of the EUC Governance framework, including risk management, compliance standards, and decommissioning strategies.
- Low-Code/No-Code Proficiency: Skills in tools like Power Platform, Alteryx Designer, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI (Dataflows) or other similar platforms for efficient data and workflow automation.
- Data Transformation and Analytics: Experience in handling datasets, performing transformations, and delivering insights using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Experience of working on multiple projects, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
- Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to ensure objectives are met.
- Lead, motivate, and develop relationships with Wealth Operations pillars to drive collaborative success.
- Create detailed documentation for requirements, process changes, solutions, and best practices to ensure consistency across the team.
- Participate in governance & control activities, application, and remediation.
Process Reengineering & Improvement:
- Analyze problems and develop innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct technical subject matter analysis on EUCs, providing valuable insights and solution recommendations for improvement/reengineering.
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Ability to think critically and evaluate processes to identify areas of inefficiency or risk.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improving business operations.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation Mindset
- Curiosity to explore new technologies, methodologies, and approaches to transform business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within Wealth Operations or a related area.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, VBA; experience with Alteryx, Power BI/Power App and Databricks is highly desirable.
- Advanced understanding of EUC solutions, including development, enhancement, and support processes.
- Proven ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in EUC artifacts.
- Experience in handling datasets, performing transformations, and delivering insights using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Capability to handle intake requests, conduct assessments, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks and consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Effectiveness in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines sometimes under short period of time.
- Ability for prototyping data solutions, that help stakeholder to find the ideal final product.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, or organizational priorities.
