Job Description
A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You'll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

As a Transfer Pricing Director, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop new skills outside of your comfort zone
• Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively
• Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
• Contribute technical knowledge, analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
• Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
• Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Experiences and skill you'll use to solve
• Demonstrated experience working in Transfer Pricing as a Senior Manager or above
• MBA, MA or advanced degree in Economics, Tax, Finance of Business Administration
• Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent reciprocal/recognized designation.
• Strong research, writing and quantitative analytical skills with an emphasis on writing skills
• Ability to think creatively - you like the challenge of solving complex problems and determining innovative solutions
• Ability to identify tax consulting opportunities
• Willingness to market services to existing and prospective clients
• High motivation and interest in taking initiative in your personal growth and development; and ability to manage, develop and retain a team of tax professionals
• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
