What will your typical day look like?
Embark on an exciting journey as the Manager, Performance Management. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the team, you'll drive operational excellence through the end-to-end delivery of our key performance cycles. You'll identify strategies to continuously optimize processes and drive up the program's adoption rates. You'll also work with other member firms to share best practices and implement global enhancements to the performance experience.

People Experience is a key function of the Culture & People Office. The role of the team is to drive leading practices and processes by applying deep HR functional knowledge, a strong understanding of business imperatives, and leading trends to deliver market leadership. We do this by:

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. What will your typical day look like?

You'll also work with other member firms to share best practices and implement global enhancements to the performance experience.
Expectations of this role are:
- Championing performance management processes, program enhancements, and the value of the program with key internal stakeholders
- Partnering with the other Culture & People Office teams (Total Rewards, Business Experience, DEIA, and Partner Matters) and National Executive Communications to support the development and execution of Mid-Year and Year-End performance and promotion processes, milestones, tools and communications
- Leveraging AI to optimize the performance management experience and provide leaders with insights and customized tools
- Preparing quarterly insights on program adoption to support the development of targeted initiatives to further drive engagement as required
- Collaborating with other Deloitte Member Firms to share best practices, identify enhancement opportunities, implement global program enhancements, and represent Canada on Global Performance Experience sub-committees
- Being a strong communicator who can translate technical performance management concepts to engage different audiences
- Developing new tools and delivering quarterly information sessions to promote and educate team members, team leaders and coaches on the Performance Management program
- Serving as the escalation point for matters related to the Performance Management experience, and resolving issues as they arise
About the team
People Experience is a key function of the Culture & People Office. The role of the team is to drive leading practices and processes by applying deep HR functional knowledge, a strong understanding of business imperatives, and leading trends to deliver market leadership. We do this by:
- Acting as a steward of the employee experience, with services aligned to key employee lifecycle milestones
- Establishing program services to support complex, escalated, or strategic process/cycle needs
- Focusing on the employee journey by delivering end-to-end operational and strategic experiences through defined processes that are standard for all businesses
Enough about us, let's talk about you
- 5 years of progressive HR/business experience with an emphasis on process optimization, operations, data insights and technology
- A team player with strong project management skills and an attention to detail, capable of delivering key milestones while leveraging internal network
- A performance management enthusiast passionate about the intersection between performance, Total Rewards and Learning & Development
- An overall understanding of Deloitte's approach to performance management (i.e. RPM) is a strong asset
